We would highly recommend Kevin. He did an amazing job on our metal roof. Kevin was super professional and his exceptional skill and experience are evident in his work. He was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process and left the worksite tidy at the end of each day. Our neighbours keep commenting how beautiful our new roof looks.
Kevin The Roofsmith recently reshingled the roof on our 1940's house . This involved stripping the existing shingles and applying new plywood to the existing substrate prior to the new membrane and shingle application . We are very pleased with the end result . Kevin was very methodical in his approach making sure we were weather tight at end of each day . The worksite was kept free of debris at all times .We appreciated Kevin's positive energy and his assistant , Paul, was equally diligent ,hardworking and courteous . Impressive !
Kevin has helped me a few times with repairs the last couple of years. He's always responsive, shows up when he says he would, honest with his assessments and never tries to upsell you to a new roof ( which other companies have tried a few times). All this done at a reasonable price. Highly recommended....I actually did to a few people already and they have all been really happy I did.
Kevin and Paul were very professional in their workmanship. Easy going and hard working. Cleaned up everyday. Very tidy. Easy to recommend them to friends and family.
We had Kevin the Roofsmith replace some deteriorated and leaking flashing on all of our vent pipes that were installed by another company when our roof was replaced only 6 yrs ago, and obviously cheaped out without giving us options. Kevin was great to communicate with, offered an excellent product, and had all five done within 24hrs of contacting him! Honestly one of the best customer service experiences with a contractor in a long time.
