The staff made me feel comfortable - from walking in the door to sitting in the dental chair. Hygienist was informative as to what was to be done, reducing the anxiety of the water scaling tool. As usual the dental appointment was as pleasant as it possibly could be.
I love Dr. Tranter and his staff. I have been his patient for 25 years. He is amazing, caring, calm, understanding and what a fantastic dentist he is. His dental assistants are awesome - I much appreciate their talking with me through my sessions, and so helpful with my physical needs. The front/reception staff are excellent as well. The team at Vic West got me in for appointments on short notice after I had a very unhappy tooth that further deteriorated. Staff were communicative and helpful throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Would highly recommend!
Great experience, wonderful staff, and extremely understanding. I’m no fan of the dentist, but this practice sure does make the experience easier. The dentist was lovely, the front desk staff ensured I would be taken care of, and they are extremely reasonable in regards to payment options. I would highly recommend this practice to all.
