You certainly cannot ask for better service! We'll definitely shop at CAS Millstream for our future appliance needs.
Store is very nicely laid out and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Farman was very helpful and friendly with "no pressure" sales. He gave us all the help we needed and was very knowledgeable about the product. Will definitely shop there again.

On 27 Aug 2024 I bought a refrigerator from CAS which was to be delivered on 31 Aug. Initially the deal looked promising with good communication, then it went severely sideways. The delivery persons were not professional movers and after demonstrating their incompetence vividly for 45 minutes determined that they could not carry the fridge up our stairs so it stayed in their truck and was never delivered. (We have had other, larger and heavier appliances delivered up the same stairs!) I went back to the store in Millstream on 3 Sept to determine what course of action should be taken, disappointed that the salesman, Farman, had not contacted me with an alternate plan for delivery or for a refund. The salesman stated that the fridge in their database had been delivered, and that it had never been returned to their warehouse, implying I had it, and thusly he could not offer a refund but he would investigate. Today, 11 Sept, I called back as I had not received any indication of a return or refund. I was told EXACTLY the same thing as I was on 3 Sept. The level of incompetence demonstrated by these clowns is unparalleled in my experience! I have now determined that they have no intention of either supplying me with a refrigerator or a refund, have submitted a credit card dispute, a formal complaint to BBB, am prepared to sue the company to get my refund, and am considering going to both Global and Chek News' Ombudsmen for wider dissemination and public awareness. In short, BUYER BEWARE! If anything goes wrong this place will not support you at all. AVOID!
