Avoid going there at all cost. Especially don’t take your watches there, even for battery replacement. He does not know what he is doing at all.
I took my Omega for a battery replacement and walked out with a completely broken watch. Brad the owner opened my watch with not the right tool, put a wrong size battery in and tried to force the back cover on in the wrong direction which broke my crown and stem. Tells me that he can’t put the back on. I walked in with an intact watch and walked out with an open watch. He suggested me to go to a watch maker by saying “I am a jewellery guy and not a watch guy” after breaking my watch. Upon getting it looked at by a professional, it was concluded that he forced the back casing and dented it, during the process he managed to damage the coil and used a wrong size of gasket after throwing away my original gasket.
Upon calling him the next day to discuss, he was extremely rude and would not want to listen or take responsibility of anything. Rather told me that my watch was not worth fixing at the omega dealership. I suggested to go speak with him in person and he told me that he will not let me step a foot in his shop. Now I am stuck with a watch that Brad has broken and have to pay hefty repair bills at the dealership.

They designed the ring I received for my promise ring that I received 6 years ago and now more importantly my engagement and wedding bands. I am so in love with them, he took my fiancées ideas and made them even better than we could have hoped. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us. We had moved from the Island to Calgary, but my fiancée specifically went back to Duncan to have Impeccable design my engagement ring because of how well they treat their clients and their incredible designs and workmanship. My husband purchased a few items for me from here and I’ve been very satisfied with all of them. The rating comes in as I brought my grandmothers old ring in to be appraised. I was told it was plated and the diamonds are most likely synthetic. I then come to find a certificate of appraisal for the ring that was done for insurance purposes. Tested via acid test, the ring came back 100% real gold. This has left me confused and frustrated.

Not professional! Not trustworthy! Went in one day to have a stone replaced. I was told they could absolutely remedy but come back after the holiday. Went back and was told "these are not gold, I can't work with this"! I questioned Brad but was dismissed. Around the corner I found they were definitely gold just like Brad said the first time. In fact I decided to sell them. They were gold, Brad! And they were emeralds! You lose! I win! AND now you have this not so great review. I'm not sure how people like this stay in biz in a small town. I wanted no stars but google insists on that.

Stopped into Impeccable Jewellery a few minutes ago. Brad was so incredibly patient in explaining things to me. SO impressed with how he treated myself and my boyfriend, I bought a beautiful new ring from Brad. Will DEFINITELY recommend Brad and his shop to all my friends! A lovely experience, and we WILL shop here from now on!
