He shown me a few options and explained the different features for couple brands. He’s expertise was not only with watches but also knowledgeable with diamonds as well. Krikor the Store Manager congratulated me and made sure I had a good experience!
Highly recommend Fernando if anyone is interested in rings or watches. He definitely went above and beyond with his customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at Lugaro in Victoria. Krikor and Fernando made the visit enjoyable and inviting. I absolutely love my IWC Portugieser, and will certainly be back for another watch soon.

Fabulous shopping experience! Lugaro has been in Victoria for quite a while now and over the years, I have had many positive dealings there. I just purchased a watch from them and the service was impeccable. Fernando Beltran took care of me and I was very happy. His relaxed manner complimented his excellent product knowledge. He went out of his way to bring in an item I was looking for. He kept me informed as it was ordered and his communications were quick and timely. I also found the pricing to be very competitive. Altogether, I am very satisfied and happy. I will return to Lugaro.
