if i was allowed to leave no stars or negative stars i would have. moved my grandmother here, have nothing but bad things to say about the place / care. she’s been there not even a month and it’s been nothing but neglect, everyday im there ive had to change her diapers (which she never needed before being put here). there is a difference between “not enough staff” and blatant neglect. there is not ONE SINGLE staff member around to talk to or ask for help if needed. her laundry isn’t getting done nor is she being taken for showers regularly. i would never recommend this place to anyone looking to have their loved one “cared for”. i am extremely disappointed to have been recommended this place and i am so unhappy with the level of care i thought would be received .

When my mother was at Central Care, the care was much better. When we moved to The Heights and new care workers were hired (where did the others go?), the care was atrocious. She was terribly neglected. I was there almost everyday and tried to speak to managers, who were "in meetings" or who blamed lack of staff (pre-covid). Recently, this past few months, my friend was there (mid 60's with stroke) and again, the care was terrible. We transferred her to Holy Family in Vancouver and they confirm the neglect. At The Heights she was treated terribly by care workers who DO NOT CARE. Waiting for pain killers, not cleaned and cared for properly, waiting for rehab, waiting for doctors, waiting, waiting, waiting and scolded if complained. I have heard stories from other families as well. The care at Holy Family is so wonderful - she is cared for, engaged and spoken to with respect. Unfortunately she is away from family and friends in Victoria but we opted for better daily/nightly care - Facetime will have to do. The Heights need a clean up of the staff, care workers, doctors etc and hire people who actually care and do their best under any circumstances - REMEMBER YOUR TIME FOR CARE IS COMING...

My name is maricel i would like to share my experience with mary’s driving school, before I’d meet mary, I was failed 3 times for class five road test. Until one of my friend recommended the mary’s driving school! I learned a lot from mary she’s very professional and she is very good instructor. I’d finished the four sessions with mary and I’d passed may class 5 road test! Thank you so much to Mary’s driving school! It was very good experience! I highly recommended Mary’s driving school to those who want to improve their driving skills!
