This facility is lovely and the staff are amazing ! My loved one has been in care for 2 years and staff have become like family. They are professional, compassionate, empathetic, loving , knowledgeable and treat my loved one like a family member . I cannot speak highly enough about this facility and all the staff from house cleaners, maintenance , kitchen , laundry , recreation, administration and of course all the nursing staff. Thank you for all you do ! You are valued and appreciated !!!!

The staff are Angels. Quality care for my mum until she passed. Great care provided, awesome food. Good activities and people who care very much. I am so grateful for Cerwydden and their care for my mum.

The level of care at Cerwydden Seniors Community has deteriorated to the point where it is no longer the most sort after facility in this community . The staff shortage , especially at weekends and Statutory Holidays is deplorable . Most full time staff are exceptional and very caring , but get very tired . There are not enough activities offered throughout the week .There are no more bus outings . Four years ago , when my husband became a Resident , there was such a different atmosphere at Cerwydden . I believe it is all to do with the lack of recreational staff and a good variety of recreational activities . Unfortunately, I believe the Long Term Care Health Standards and Residential Care Regulations are not being met at Cerwydden Seniors Care Home .

My husband and I were reluctant to move his Mom out of our home. She became so happy moving here. She loves the staff and they love her.

Very nice place and supportive and caring staff. My mum who was always hesitant to go to seniors home, is now enjoying her stay and has made friends.
