    Why I Train with Shen Fitness 1. Working with Shen allows me to train safely. 2. Shen helps train me personally and independently by providing a coordinated training schedule I can use when I go to a public gym. 3. Shen provides me with knowledge, resources and guidance not just in fitness training but also in nutrition goals and habits. 4. I worked with another great trainer 10 years ago and Shen continues that high level training experience for me. My previous trainer had three great words that also apply to Shen as a trainer: - Mentoring - Motivation - Monitoring

    Before I started working with Shen I had let stress and work demands get in the way of taking care of my body. I was stress eating and not making time for the gym. I’d gained weight and wasn’t happy with my fitness level. I’ve tried dieting before, but usually gave up well before reaching my fitness goals. Shen has a kind way of approaching diet disasters like buffet tables at Christmas parties, and has helped me recognize and break out of some of my negative mental cycles around food. I also really enjoy working out with Shen. She is always encouraging, and has helped me go further with my training in the last six weeks than I've gone on my own in three years. Shen is responsive to some injuries/limitations I have, and provides alternatives, but she never lets me get away with taking it easy during those 45 minute sessions! She’s very observant and I appreciate her attention to form. Before I joined Shen Fitness I used to feel like I was never going to get back to my ideal weight and fitness level. Now I feel empowered, motivated and confident that I can achieve my goals. I recommend working with Shen Fitness – well worth it.

    If you want to train with happiness and health, Shen is your girl! I enjoyed so much working out with Shen Fitness and have never felt this great about myself. Shen helped me to set up my goals and is always so patient and enthusiastic. I used to have trouble balancing my diets and considering work-out as a big challenge. Now I just enjoy doing more exercises, plus, a better living style. For those who are shy to do group training, Shen Fitness has some really good semi-pt training packs which are quite easy on the prices! : )

    Usually I’m the type of person that HATES going to the gym. Why? They’re cold and scary and no one smiles at you. If this sounds familiar, fear not! The short sessions and energetic atmosphere at Shen fitness make working out really enjoyable. I like that Shen offers multiple sessions and class times throughout the week. They have both morning and afternoon sessions so it’s great if you have a busy schedule. If you’re struggling with diet, that's something they can help out with too. Lastly, the trainers are all super nice, and will help motivate you if you struggle with accountability. 10/10 would recommend!

    I'm very grateful to be training with Shen! Her approach to fitness is focused on improving strength and function, something I was really needing. I am amazed at how much progress I've made in the last few months and how great I feel after each workout. In addition, her program is very comprehensive, providing nutrition support and education, goal setting, connecting her clients to each other for extra encouragement and shared experiences. I really feel that she brings so much more to her program than other trainers that I know of, and, on top of all that, she's such an awesome person! I highly recommend her services.
