I had heard excellent things about Peninsula CrossFit and was finally able to go and try them out for myself and I was not disappointed.
I have been a member at other CrossFit gyms and Peninsula CrossFit is by far the most inclusive, community minded and knowledgeable.
The intro and intake sessions were easy to book and the one on one trainer was amazing- encouraging and an excellent instructor. They were able to work with the limitations of an injury I have and come up with modifications to the programming so that I could still participate and help me rehab that injury.
The coaches at Peninsula CrossFit are incredibly skilled and excellent teachers, but more than that, they treat each participant in the class like they are a star. No matter your fitness level they are there to help you reach your goals.
The sense or community at this gym is really strong and it’s not something I have experienced anywhere else. All the classes are structured so that no matter your level of fitness you feel like you’re on a team!
If you want a unique fitness experience that will challenge and support you at the same time, Peninsula CrossFit is definitely the place for you!

I got to know this gym by searching online when I decided to start exercising regularly to overcome the slight depression I had been suffering from since I moved to Canada. I didn’t know anyone at this gym, so I booked a consulting session and decided to enroll in their program simply because I needed the opportunity to exercise, and the location was convenient for me—not far from work or home and with enough parking spots—that was enough for me. At that moment, I didn’t expect to fall in love with this gym and its people at all. From the perspective of an introverted person, I thought CrossFit was for extroverts (my friends were also worried when they heard I had enrolled in CrossFit😂). But everyone, including the coaches and members, is super friendly and nice to each other. It has been quite a positive stimulation in my daily life. In addition to my health and mental improvement, I am happy to belong to this community. If someone is like me—a beginner, introvert, or someone who struggles to be consistent—I highly recommend checking out this gym!

I recently joined this gym and have had a fantastic experience so far. The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and incredibly supportive, especially Olivia and Stef. They've been instrumental in helping me improve my technique and feel comfortable during my workouts. Their guidance has been invaluable, and I'm already seeing great progress. The atmosphere is friendly, the facilities are top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join. Highly recommended!

I started with Peninsula Crossfit many years ago, I have taken a few breaks over the years but now that I'm back, I remember the reason I have enjoyed it so much. The community and positivity helps to reaffirm your accomplishments. Ownership has really created a welcoming atmosphere for all levels and ages.
I would recommend PCF to anyone looking for a new challenge and accountability in their health. Lots of great workouts with great people and great coaches too!

My wife and I are in our seventies and have been working out with Coach Stefanie at Peninsula CrossFit for over a year. During that time we have significantly improved our cardio, core strength and flexibility. We have enjoyed the variety as well as the scale ability of the workouts to adapt to each of our abilities and goals. Each workout seems to be unique and different, and certainly never boring.
Unfortunately, a few months ago, my wife fractured her hip in a Victoria parking lot and had a hip replacement. All her medical support team attributed her successful recovery to her strength and fitness level that she had gained through her CrossFit training. The staff at Peninsula CrossFit have been supportive of her during her hospital recovery and recent return to personal training once again.
We are thankful to have such a fine CrossFit facility so close in the Sidney, and North Saanich area, and we highly recommend it to people of all ages from young, to those of our vintage, and even older, who wish to improve their balance, strength and mobility.
