Daniel is so wonderful! Kind, approachable and very knowledgeable. I interviewed a few personal trainers before choosing and it was an easy choice picking him. He makes personal training feel accessible for people who have zero experience with it (like me). Plus he doesn’t espouse unhealthy or non-empirical nutrition guidelines - everything he recommends is sound, and completely feasible. No quick fixes, just good hard work for lifestyle changes that are sustainable long term. I find him incredibly approachable and helpful and hope to work with him long term.

Do it!! I have zero regrets spending money on this program! Daniel was very thorough determining what my goal was and setting up the perfect program for me. I’m 8 weeks in and have felt his support throughout, whether it’s for workout guidance or cheering me on. I was struggling to get back in shape, having someone to be accountable to has really encouraged me to power through each workout and stay consistent. Photo is of my 6 weeks progress! Can’t wait to see where I’m at when the program ends and I feel confident I’ll continue this healthy lifestyle 💪🏼
