I ordered the birthday cake bouquet for my daughter's birthday. It was absolutely stunning!!! The owner, Erin was just wonderful to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in suggesting the types of flowers that would hold up best in this arrangement, and she gave excellent color scheme suggestions. Erin personally delivered the arrangement -- it was delivered on a cake platter with candles. My daughter LOVED the arrangement and it was a huge hit at her party. Whenever I am in Victoria and in need of flowers, I always go see Erin at her location in Sands Funeral Chapel in Quadra Street. She always has fresh flowers and a smile on her face. I have known Erin for many years and she always provides the highest level of customer service. Would highly recommend this flower shop.

The one on the left is what I ordered for my daughter the one the right is what she received. She thought they were pretty but to me they don’t look at all the same which to me was disappointing since I ordered those ones because her Favorite Color is purple. I also ordered for same day delivery but the driver misplaced the address and the shop was closed by the time they realized. I was told they would be delivered in the morning and didn’t arrive until after lunch. Thankfully the Macrons I ordered with the flowers my daughter says were delicious.

The best flower shop in Victoria. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Every time I've been here they've made amazing arrangements after just a couple questions, and the prices are really reasonable.
