    I can't thank Harry's Flowers enough for saving my day! Most flower shops are closed on Sundays, but Harry Flowershop was a lifesaver with their delivery service. Even though the delivery fee was $15 CAD, it's worth paying for the convenience, especially when you're in a pinch. My wife was surprised and absolutely loved the flowers. The arrangement was beautiful and fresh and followed the requested colour theme. Highly recommend this shop for their great service and reliable delivery, especially on weekends!

    I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday. The lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful. The bouquet was made and delivered on the same day. It IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL 🥰🥰🥰 They put one dozen pink roses 🌹 in the bouquet and lots of Stargazer lilies. My sister was very, very happy with her surprise! I am thrilled that they did such an amazing job and really went above and beyond! Thank you SO MUCH! I will be very happy to order all my future flowers from your establishment and I highly recommend ordering from Harry’s 💐 Flowers. Thank you again, Carrieanne

    I had a really really bad experience in Harry’s flower. I booked flowers and confirmed to be ready on the day of collection. Upon arrival, the agreed staff member was not there.They refused my flower choices, claiming they were disrespectful throughout. Their poor attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to seek other options. Your shop’s failure to honor agreements and respect customers is unworthy of business. There's still a lot of misinformation in your response. First of all, we went to the store on Tuesday, communicated with the staff, and they said that we can go to the store on Thursday, and we can also make on-site. Secondly, we did buy the flowers on a Thursday, not a Saturday, so your interpretation of this is not quite right - I bought the flowers for graduation, how can I buy them after graduation? Besides, I'm not interested in your aesthetic. After all, I paid for the bouquet myself, so I should have the right to choose what I like. We didn't ask for your help, and I don't see why we have to go with your aesthetic instead of the old flowers. We just want the bouquet to look good.

    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. The experience was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it, hoping to dissuade others from patronizing your establishment. In preparation for a friend’s graduation, I visited your shop to order a custom bouquet. I had confirmed with your staff in advance that custom arrangements could be made on the day of collection and that if I was dissatisfied with the bouquet, it could be redone on the spot. However, upon arriving at the agreed time, the staff member we had arranged with was not present, and the other employees seemed unaware of our appointment. Worse, they treated us with an unfriendly and dismissive attitude. First, we questioned their aesthetic sense because the chosen flower colors were unattractive. When we wanted to select the flowers ourselves, they refused, claiming that the flowers we wanted were "too old." Their demeanor was extremely disrespectful, repeatedly making disparaging comments about our preferences. Both employees exhibited very poor attitudes. They showed no remorse for the breach of agreement and bluntly stated that it wasn’t their fault. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. Given this terrible experience, I strongly urge potential customers to consider other flower shops that value their patrons and honor their commitments. Your shop’s blatant disregard for customer satisfaction makes it undeserving of business.
