Great store chain! We were travelling and stayed nearby for a few days, and this store was a lifesaver! The prices are pretty good and the products are awesome. Specifically, the meat is of unimaginable quality!!! We bought minced beef, and it was delicious; we could actually feel that it was different from the usual Vancouver store-bought minced beef. I Would definitely recommend it for anyone travelling through the area!

Nice store, nice people, but when you buy 400$ worth of delicate produce and fancy steaks, you don't want a cashier throwing everything in a mess, bruising all your fruits, squishing your steaks and pies, and shuving stuff sideways in a box with no bottom, that collapses in the rain on the way out. I was heart broken after 400$.

Great grocery store and I loved shopping there. Minus one star for their decision to opt out of Air Miles and started working with Scotibank's Scene+ program. This is a weird program and I never earned any Scene points ever since I became their Scene member. The checkout terminal recorded my Scene number but awarded me no points for not using a Scotiabank credit card.
Yesterday I spent over $400 at the Langford location, used a TD Visa Infinite Privilege card and earned absolutely no Scene points. Then I spent $250 at this location today using a CIBC black card, still earned nothing.
Unlike Air Miles, I earned air miles with any credit card of my choice. It seems like Scotiabank (the bank that makes lots of administrative error, is too afraid to trust their clients and rarely offers them anything) only rewards Scene points if you use their Scene+ credit card in-store. However, getting any of their "Scene" labeled credit card require you to turn in some of the followings to a branch:
1. Employment letter
2. Bank statement for at least 3 months
3. Proof of Income
4. NOA, T4s

Way too expensive compared to other stores. Pretentious and has probably the highest amount of -still- masked shoppers In all of victoria.

A great place to stop and grab a boquet or some other gift for plant and flower lovers. I suspect their prices are better than a lot of other florists around town although they have a similar sized selection. It is right across the parking lot from the grocery store so pop in next time you are nearby.
