Would go there ever since elementary school in kindergarten now in high school very lovely owners. This place needs more customers so they can stay in business

This store has not changed since I was a kid, so many memories, was in town recently and visited with Tom, he used to give me the bottle caps from the old Pepsi machine, I dugout the grey rubber pieces, I won free prizes for days. Tom is a neighborhood legend, treat him with respect. I wish I didn’t wait 44 years!

One of the last remnants of old school grocery stores will definitely be missed if its ever sold. Not busy during rush hour - do not expect to find your every need here as the space is limited. Make noise when you enter as the owner may be in the back. If you do not find what you need which is likely you can always walk down to Shelbourne. Be respectful this place is a relic and deserves to be preserved. It’s mostly a candy store for kids!

my son stops by here every friday after school to pick up some candy and he loves it! the lady who works there (i belive the store is part of her house) is so kind to my boy it makes me happy to see humanity still exists.

One of the strangest ‘grocery’ stores in BC. Appears almost abandoned. They don’t seem to sell much. Lots of expired and food packages from decades past. I don’t understand how they stay in business? Is this place a front for something else?
