Hired property wizards to pressure wash a driveway and sidewalk prior to listing a property for sale. Was very impressed with their work and loved how clean everything was at the end of the job. No mud or junk left on the premises!! 5 stars!!

Great communication. Fair pricing. Work (pressure washing, driveway sealing and paver re-leveling and polymeric sand) was done with quality in mind, wasn't rushed and they came to check on customer satisfaction. Will call them again when property services are needed. Great job!

I had Property Wizard come to give me a quote on moss cleaning on my roof at Little Boom Daycare. They were very fast in responding to estimates. The crew that came out for the roof cleaning did a fantastic job. However, there was a little accident on my plastic roof cover entrance to the daycare that got broken in a couple of spots. The company came and replaced the broken ones. I am very pleased with the services they have provided. The entire process was very simple and responsible. Communication with Vassili was great. Thank you!

Fast! Affordable! Quality work! Can't ask for much more than that. I had considered getting a fancy gutter system that "guaranteed" to keep my gutters clean. After more research, I discovered they don't work that well anyway. But these guys at Property Wizard provide affordable gutter cleaning services (and more, they also replaced our old downspouts). In the end, I can get my gutters cleaned annually, have better gutter performance, and save money too! Great work guys!

Property Wizard have been taking care of our roof, gutters and windows for 4 years. They are always a very pleasant and hardworking team and we love them! We sign a multi-year contract so there is no need to contact them - they just show up and take care of everything. I have recommended them to all my friends 💚
