Booking was easy: via phone, simple to understand. Robin then called a few days beforehand to confirm expectations. He and and his team were great when they came on-site; from the introductions, explanation as to what to expect process-wise, to the actual process (and Robin himself climbing on the roof to do part of the job) to the summary at the end. The invoice comes in an e-mail a couple of weeks later and it's convenient/easy to pay online. Overall - it was good for me (someone who's busy at work and needed a vendor to take care of things while I'm away) - I will be engaging their services again and recommending them to friends and family!

Did an amazing job on our windows! The owner is super friendly and responsive, the crew was quick and on time, and it’s all very reasonably priced! I’d definitely recommend using Shack Shine.

Booked them to de-moss the roof of my house. They did a phenomenal job and also gave me insight about some upcoming maintenance that ended up saving me a lot of grief! Dry house is a happy house, the roofers said they saved me thousand by catching the leak.
