Once again Window Viper did a great job.
We’ve been having them do our windows and gutters for quite a few years now and have always been very happy with the work, the technicians , and the price.
Will be booking next year again for sure.

the fellas did a great job on the windows. Fast, thorough, respectful and careful in and around the house as they did the washing. The garage roof looks great after a chemical wash which turned out a bit more difficult than expected because of how much debris had collected over the years They persevered and we are pleased. Nice job guys!

TL;DR- Ended up paying $$$$ for a job that was never done properly. Would NOT RECOMMEND.
We hired Window Viper to clear the moss off our roof and clean our gutters in mid-October of 2022. They showed up on the agreed upon date, cleaned off the moss, and left. We discovered a couple of weeks later they had not touched the gutters, which were full of debris from years of neglect from the previous owners.
We called them back, and two guys were up there for hours cleaning out all the gunk. We thought we were good…
Then the snow came, and the melt following showed that our down spouts were all completely blocked with years of decomposition, causing water to cascade down the side of our home, straight to the foundation. Needless to say, this is not what you want as a home owner.
It specifically states on their website that they will clean all gutters, downspouts, and make small repairs when noticed/necessary as a part of their service. We paid close to $1000 for a job that was never finished.
I contacted them about the downspouts ,and have received zero response. Super unprofessional. Would not recommend, and advise others to steer clear.
