I have been using Terry Finnigan and his Brighter Outlook services for over 35 years. I have always been happy with the results of the window cleanings and clearing of our roof and eaves. As his business has expanded to include other services I have been equally satisfied with the results. I have always been impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. On the odd occasion he has noticed issues with our roof or eaves which he has brought to our attention and where possible he has fixed the problem.

We purchased a large home 6 years ago and did extensive renovations prior to moving in. There was a lot of dust and dirt on all the windows and skylights. The gutters and soffits were cleaned before starting on windows and screens. The men did an exceptional job of removing countless drops of paint from the windows before cleaning both inside and out. We asked them to powerwash the driveway as it was showing signs of moss. What an enormous difference! They did a super clean-up and were most professional in all aspects of their work. We have continued to have Brighter Outlook look after these areas of our home and would gladly recommend their servives to anyone looking for honest, quality work.

if I could give zero stars I would. Brighter Outlook was hired to do my gutters and they missed over half my gutters and also damaged some of them (leaning ladders directly against them).
You'd be better off never cleaning your gutters than hiring this company.
In addition, Terri Finnegan is very rude and not punctual.
