Great value, tons of fun amenities, very friendly people and responsive management. Moved in about a month ago and had a really easy time getting set up. Very dog friendly, lots of nice and sociable four-legged neighbors and owners. Units next to ours appear really well insulated for sound, and you can’t beat having a grocery store right below you. Pandora and Vancouver have a lot of foot traffic and some unhoused but I personally never had any negative interactions or felt unsafe (disclaimer: this is coming from a tall male). Security is present and friendly so definitely have a peace of mind. Victoria is a great place to live but it’s not the cheapest, so I’m thankful that we’ve found an apartment that’s good value and has a sense of community
I love living here. First, it’s because they’re professionals. The building managers introduced me to walk distance facilities and some essential memberships management. Second, the space of the suite is larger than average. Plus, here provides a gym and a garden which are included in the rental.
I moved in almost a year ago. The amenities are endless and always kept clean. Gym, courtyard, fire pits, BBQ area, poker room, music room, workshop, dog area ( IT'S ENDLESS ). Kate and the team have created a community within the building and you can tell the level of professionalism they provide to keep everyone safe. They go above and beyond for the residents in this building. My unit faces in towards the courtyard and is extremely bright and quiet.I have loved every minute of living here and so appreciative for the management team for being so on top of things. 10/10 would recommend :)
Bosa is so great!!!! I’ve only lived here for about 6 days, but I have never felt so at home in an apartment complex before! This building is very community oriented and every person I have met has been so incredibly kind. Asheel and Kyle have been helping me with the move in process and have been so kind, helpful and supportive, they also reply very quickly via email/text! 100% recommend living here if you are looking into moving, I already love it so much :)
This building is professionally managed and maintained and offers amazing onsite amenities like the Games Room (pics attached). The inner courtyard is fantastic in the summer for BBQs (another amenity) and the gas fire pits for lounging with friends and drinks. The residents are friendly and there is a real community feel here (we even have our own FB group.) Lots of animal lovers in this building too and the dog run/play area is well used! The building management team is very responsive to all questions and queries. The neighbourhood conveniences are awesome. Save-on-Foods on the ground floor and Mason St Farm just around the corner for fresh garden veggies in the summer. Walking distance to greats pubs, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, and more. Concerned about the proximity to the 800-900 block of Pandora? The building has 24/7 security. Do you need to be aware? Of course; just like you should be when walking anywhere downtown in any city. The diversity of the North Park and Harris Green neighbourhoods is an asset IMO. We moved into this building because of a fire and explosion in the condo we own. However, we love it here so much, we are considering renting our condo when it's rebuilt, and staying here. This building is urban living at it's best! Highly recommend.
