I have been living at Cubbon Apartments since 2015, and it has to be one of the most community minded buildings I have ever lived in. The common areas are well kept by the cleaner, and maintenance is done sometimes within hours after it is reported. Everyone actually knows their neighbor. The building is pet friendly, and I love being able to sit quietly in the beautiful courtyard. It's a great place to call home!!!
I am now starting my 9th year here at Cubbon and just wanted to thank Grant from First Service; Suzanne Moyes, and all others that helped to finally evict a tenant that was harassing and intimidating female tenants in early 2024. It was a long, frustrating process but the support offered by Grant at First Service was especially appreciated! this is a community, beautifully maintained by excellent staff and I really never want to move! I am entering my 8th year as a resident at Cubbon Apartments. The reason I stayed was because of Sue the manager, Diane and Louis, the maintenance team. This building is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I have never had to wait for any service requests to be filled! within 24 hours is the norm! As well, the caring, compassionate attitude towards our senior residents is unbelievable! Thank you Sue, Diane and Louis for providing a safe, clean and welcoming place to call home.
I have been here close to 9 years . It's like living with an extended family . Suzanne ,the office manager is extremely professional in every way . She always has time when I have queries and concerns . She runs a tight ship. Diane is amazing . You always know when she is off or at a different location because she keeps the building spotless . Super kind ,very well organized and always stops to make time for our pets .She goes over and above . Louie takes care of repairs and the cleanliness of the outside . Which in itself can be challenging as our neighbors are a safe injection site . This can be uncomfortable when walking pets or grandchildren due to paraphernalia left behind .and has to pick up for our safety . He is appreciated.
Can't say enough good things about this place I call home !! Sue our on site manager is amazing, always helpful & looking out for our needs !! We also have Louis & Diane looking out for us as well !! Super clean , very well maintained & safe 7 years and not once did anything go unanswered Plus I have a very beautiful garden plot onsite🌟🌟🌟🌟☀️🌟
