It would be impossible to ever become comfortable or call a concert property home! they are about to enter my suite for the 5th time in less than 8 months for another "inspection". I've taken over a week off work as I work night shifts so I can sit in the car with the dogs all day while they do inspections to everyone's suites from 9-5. It's just beyond intrusive and unsettling especially for my pets. This is my first rental in 11 years but there HAS TO BE BETTER LANDLORDS OUT THERE!!
Clean and well organized apartments. A quite and positive place that has the warmth and vibrant "home" feeling. However, a big NO if you have a car with respect to my personal experience. Big thumbs down as there are no reserved parking spots. And the irony is that there are many visitor spots but not enough for residents who pay expensive rents. Confirm parking spot if your planning to commute daily to work.

I love living here and the property manager is really awesome and so are the maintenance guy and so is the receptionist I love living here and I Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else
I have just moved into The Q Apartments and the experience has been exceptional. The staff at the Q have been great and very helpful. Edit: I have recently moved out of The Q Apartment and unfortuntely it was a bad experience. They charged me with a $40 cleaning fee because they said there was some dust in drawers and figure prints on kitchen cabinent.
