Dealing with ASAP was great. They were very quick to respond to my emails, they were super responsive filling the installation of my appliances, and their installation tech and repair tech were both very polite and friendly and were more than happy to answer my questions while they worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ASAP to anyone and would definitely use ASAP again for my appliance installation/repair needs.
We recently purchased a new Electrolux gas dryer from Costco. It worked fine - once. Then, no heat. We contacted Costco.. Electrolux and eventually we were connected with A.S.A.P. Appliance repair. Curtis, a seasoned experienced technician came to repair our dryer. Sadly the replacement part was damaged prior to opening the package. Curtis immediately called for a replacement part and returned today to complete the installation. The location is, well, not the most ergonomically accessible. We worked together to make the best of this less than ideal environment and successfully completed the repair. We’re very happy with Curtis’ demeanour and skills !!! We highly recommend Curtis ! We have had 4 visits from ASAP repair technicians over the past 2 years to assist in repairs for multiple kitchen and laundry room appliances. All have produced excellent results with both friendly, knowledgeable and professional approaches; the last being Jordan just this past week, dealing with our Fisher Paykel two drawer dishwasher. Our issue turned out to be a loose control button connection and fortunately not an electronic board. Thank you Jordan and ASAP - you have a good business model a happy field of employees. The entire staff at ASAP are superstars. They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Parts were required to fix my oven and were ordered and delivered just as promised. Curtis, the technician was awesome. He accurately identified the problem at the first visit, outlined in detail the options and possible future steps; there was no pressure on what to do. Once the parts were delivered Curtis returned and installed the new parts and the oven is working better than ever. Thank you ASAP Ventures. I would unreservedly recommend them and, if needed, would use their services again.
We’ve called ASAP twice now, once for our dishwasher and once for our washing machine. We were pleasantly surprised by the service, repair, speed, and advice provided by Vlad from their team.
