This was my second visit to cook street village dental. My first visit was as a result of an emergency. They assessed me and determined that I was in fact in need of immediate help. They fit me in the same day and fixed the issue right away. Second appointment when as well as the first. The doctor and the clinicians were friendly, professional, and courteous. Having recently moved to Victoria it was relieving to have found such a great dental clinic so close to where I live. Great staff and wonderful service. I had a retainer come loose and they were able to fit me in the same day (I had a wire that was poking me, so uncomfortable). Dr Winnett was patient and gentle, the dental assistant was super kind and helpful. Had a very calm and caring experience. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience at Cook Street Dental. They put my anxiety to ease and listened to my concerns. Dr. Thode and his team, both Jess his assistant and my hygienist Tasha were great. Very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. The office is not close to me but was worth the drive.
