Overall I will say the dentist does a very good job, he's a professional dentist and can be trusted on for the job. I had a bit of a terrible experience having to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. They are delusional telling me it will only be another 5-10 minutes more, 30 minutes later I am finally seen for the cleaning. So like I said, he does a good job, but your time isn't much of a thought in their mind.
This office is very well managed. The dentist and his assistant are both very professional and caring. I am very pleased that I took this recomendation and will be recommending it to others.
My experience at Esquimalt Dental was strange and uncomfortable. The door to the treatment room was left open during my examination (which meant that technically anyone present in the waiting area and hallways would be able to overhear what was spoken in the treatment room - so no privacy. I've never experienced this in any other healthcare facility! Shocking.). The treatment room was also quite noisy as it faces the busy road and the window was open. Unfortunately, I had a very hard time trying to understand anything the doctor was saying. The communication with the doctor and his assistant felt poor and entirely awkward to me (I learned much better communication skills in my Physical Examination class at a natural health college). The only positive aspect was the kind front desk clerk. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Doctor is kind and professional. He did a great job cleaning and filling my family's teeth, including my daughter's. What’s rare is that the doctor here was able to fill the tooth that I had been asked for root canal treatment at another clinic, and the result was ideal.
