Dealing with ASAP was great. They were very quick to respond to my emails, they were super responsive filling the installation of my appliances, and their installation tech and repair tech were both very polite and friendly and were more than happy to answer my questions while they worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ASAP to anyone and would definitely use ASAP again for my appliance installation/repair needs.
EDIT: After I wrote this review ASAP reached out to me very quickly with apologies and a partial refund. While I was I was very happy with the refund to be honest what impressed me more was the genuine apology. I felt heard. My initial start with ASAP was OK, although I did find it difficult to get ahold of them. Eventually someone called me from the office. They took my credit card to "hold on file" but without warning me before the first technician arrived they charged my card almost $170. The first tech arrived, diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the parts which were shipped to my home. Then again I had trouble getting responses to my emails that the parts were here. The appointment they set up was a rolling window, they would call or text between 8 and 10am to set up a 2 hour window for service. I tried emailing again that the day they had chosen may not work for me because of my work schedule but no one ever got back to me so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best as they charge a $95 cancellation fee. When the next tech arrived he had to use my garbage bags, paper towel and rubbing alcohol for the job, and left a mess behind. He said to leave the dryer open and then left it closed. The dryer is working now but I don't think I would use this company again.
Was waiting for 6 months to get parts for 2 times and to day come to charge the parts , My dryer a machine was OK the reason We need to fix because the company says so the problem for the diary is still work, but the power button is not off. We have to be off by hand and we are in The spa business. We use a lot of towel And two today my diary totally gone. It cost a lot of time and money and business. This company is terrible. The lady that called me is very rude. Asked me to listen that needs to listen to the customer first. I will tell my friend and family not to go with this company no more I will never fix. I’m rather buy a new one. Actually, I want to keep my five if I don’t keep one star I cannot write a review and this is my complaint in this country I live in for 30 years 🤬🤬🤬 I just found other bill in its was on 05-31-2024 omg what a hell on Earth no words to say how bad it is Yes they come back to my place around 3:pm and working in the leaving are in my shop and the dryer still mot working what a skillful technician 😳 👎👎👎 Not only leave the unfixed machine on December 27 but today, December 31 this terrible company send me the bill. I’m not going to pay for it. I end up have to buy a new dryer machine on 28th Saturday ! Shame on you
Trevor with ASAP was great! We have a propane gas stove/oven and even though there was no issue to repair (long story after dealing with an unqualified repair person from another company) he was kind enough to double check everything to ensure all was well before he left. I will be recommending ASAP and Trevor to my neighbors.
I recently had my new dishwasher installed by SAM . What a wonderful, knowledgeable employee you have! He worked so quietly and efficiently, and I was amazed how fast he got it in. He gave me a great crash course in operation, cleaning and maintenance, taking away any concerns and questions I had. I had tried on several occasions to talk to a person on the phone at ASAP without success, only directed to email, and the headings offered didn't really address my questions, but Sam took care of everything. You are very lucky to have him represent your company! Thank you Sam. You rock!
