We had an issue with a clothes dryer. The dryer is not a very common brand, and we appreciate that it is perhaps a bit of a unique problem. The technician Bouten was extremely helpful, polite, and did his utmost to resolve the issue. Great company and thank you Stapha for your help! I had a leaking washing machine and I appreciated he answered my request promptly. And all further communications were fast too. The fees were cheaper than the other company I had lined up but cancelled them because they couldn't come for a few days. I also was impressed how fast he was in and out once he came.in to replace the hose.

Parts availability is often a bottleneck with appliance repair. When parts will be delayed, Advanced Home Repair is always fully transparent about the ETA.
