I recently used Advanced Home Repairs for several appliance repairs in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From the moment I called, the customer service was friendly and responsive. I was able to easily schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule, and the technician arrived right on time. They repaired my washer, dryer, stove, and fridge, addressing a variety of issues. The washer had been leaking, and now it’s working like new. My dryer was overheating, but after a quick fix, it's running smoothly again. The stove wasn’t heating properly, and the technician not only fixed it but cleaned up all the parts for optimal performance. Lastly, my fridge, which had a cooling issue, is now keeping everything at the perfect temperature. The pricing was reasonable and transparent with no hidden fees, which made me feel confident in my decision to use their services. The technician was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after finishing each repair. They truly go above and beyond, and I will definitely use them again in the future!
I’m very impressed with Advanced Home Repairs! I have used this company twice. The first time the technician repaired my 24 year old fridge. Today Joey arrived exactly as stated to assess my 25 year old washing machine which was no longer working on the spin cycle. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong and actually had the replacement part with him. The switch in the lid had gone. Joey efficiently replaced the switch and in well under an hour my washing machine is functioning once again. Joey’s warm, gracious, knowledgeable personality certainly compliment his high skill level. The entire experience was first class and I’m very grateful to Joey and the Advanced Home Repair team.
