Good first experience at this dental clinic: I got an appointment within days, the staff was efficient and effective (basic exam and clean), and they dealt directly with my insurance for payment. There was some mention of charging 6% - I think it was - above regular fees, but in the end I paid $1.50. It wasn't as private a clinic as the one I'm accustomed to in the city I've just moved from, where each patient was in an individual room, so conversations aren't particularly confidential, but that's fine in my case. Conveniently located for me - I'll return.
All the staff and the dentist I met, Dr. Paul Henn, were friendly and welcoming. I liked that their medical history included supplements as well as prescription medications, as the supplements we take can have interactions too. One of the hygienists spoke to me about gut health affecting oral health, which was nice to hear seeing learning about the gut microbiome has been a huge part of my mental health journey (she didn't know that though). Overall, I had a pleasant experience going there for the first time. I would highly recommend them! ☺️🦷🪥
They were great. Very friendly. I have extreme anxiety around going to the dentist but the he was patient, explained everything thoroughly and the procedure went smoothly. Would definitely recommend them.
I have been to many dental offices over the years. I was impressed on my first visit to this office with the front staff, the hygienist and Dr. Henn who all were experienced, competent and very thorough which was reassuring. In addition, up-to-date imaging equipment was on right site. On a lighter side and non-related, the waiting area could use a facelift (some colour and wall hangings).
Friendly and well organized. They made me feel comfortable. I was nervous. Seeking out a new dentist was scary! Dr. Henn explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. He was very calm, which made me calm. Thanks everyone!
