Andres staff dropped what they were doing to help me with an issue with my vehicles radio. They were able to look at my radio and gave me helpful advice finding a replacement. Unfortunately I did not end up making a purchase there simply because they did not have a radio i wanted at price point I was looking for. Absolutely no fault of the staff who treated me very well. I will definitely be returning here for future electronics purchases.

Kaylee served me. I went in not sure what I wanted, I had a gift card to spend and wanted to see what was available. I decided on a great deal on a JBL sound system but Kaylee wasn't sure how to process the older gift card I presented. We agreed that I would leave it with her and I would take my purchase home. As promised, she reached out the next business day after discussing it with her manager and everything was done and ready, I could pick up my card anytime (there was a balance remaining). Even with the hiccup Kaylee made a good decision, addressed the issue with excellent professionalism and kept her word with her expeditious response. A perfect customer experience and excellent service 👍
Andre’s Electronics is a very inviting & friendly store. PJ is very knowledgeable & he assisted me in my upgrade from an iPhone 8 to 16. He encouraged me to come back to see him should I have any further questions. I would highly recommend this business.
