I liked the water jet ultra sonic (I don't know the name of the technology) it was much better then scraping with the metal pics and I prefer it going forward. Staff were pleasant and the dentist seemed plain spoken/easy to understand & thorough. Didn't feel like I was being lied to or misled. Place has an honest vibe. Would recommend.
Stephanie is absolutely wonderful! She helped a lot in mitigating my anxiety, even giving some great ideas to look in to. The ladies at the desk are always super nice and they make the entire place very welcoming.
Everybody was so very nice and polite. And I've been to many dentists lately and nobody was as knowledgeable as Dr Babin. I wish I had not wasted my time and money at other places. I think he's awesome and he has a solution for everything. It is a wonderful place to go to have a great smile again. Everyone in the office I spoke to were exceptionally nice and polite.
Generally I have a lot of anxiety with dental visits, the team at Babin did a great job to put me at ease. They explained everything and clearly communicated different options. They are now my #1 choice for dentistry
Babin Dentistry is by far the best dental practice on Vancouver Island. The front desk staff are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The dental assistants are super competent and friendly. My dental hygienist Sana, is super competent and friendly. And my dentist Dr Babin is the best dentist, the most competent and knowledgeable and funny and friendly too. Great Job 👏
