When I showed it to the Barclay’s staff they were really understanding and thorough as they evaluated the necessary work to be done. I received a firm quote. As promised I was advised that the ring was ready for pick up. The work done was excellent and I am thrilled with the result.

Very professional. Price was a little more than I expected but still reasonable as it was a custom ring design I had them create. Only real qualm is that the ring was not as yellow as I had hoped.
Here it is next to a broken 14 karat pendant I had gotten her a year ago. The ring almost looks like it's rose gold by comparison. But the ring is a 14 karat yellow gold.

I recently had two pieces of jewellry redone, my wedding rings and a diamond tennis bracelet. The customer service was above and beyond, took the time to explain my options provide the pros and cons of doing the options. Top notch customer service which is so rare now. Highly recommend and will go back for anything else in the future. Thanks Barclay's!

My wife and I attended Barclays in order to have my mother’s wedding ring appraised, and to have the ring and stone cleaned, sized and repaired, the final step in the administration of my mother’s estate. Natasha provided us with exceptional attention. She was gracious and professional in every respect. Upon the completion of the appraisal and repairs to the ring, we realize that we have now received a wonderful heirloom which we will treasure in memory of my late mother.
