Barry started the job less than 3 weeks after I first reached out to him,.. and even more impressively he finished it in 3 days after starting it. From start to finish, Barry was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Feeling lost in a sea of large companies, what a relief it was to find Bears and finally have an unbiased conversation about how to best meet my needs. As expected, Barry proved to be a true professional: expert knowledge, uncompromising, reliable, and trustworthy. During installation, he was hands-on every step of the way, either completing or overseeing all work. My situation wasn’t straightforward, and Barry went over and above in many ways, demonstrating both integrity and kindness. Oh, and pricing was very competitive if not better than others.

We had Bears install a new heat pump for us. From the first meet to the finished product, the process was so seamless and professional. Barry clearly has a ton of experience and it showed. Barry's service was second-to-none, and we can't recommend his company enough. He installed a heat pump along with ducting in our attic for our 2000 sq ft home. The initial consulting was excellent -- my husband wanted a system that was technically too much for us, and Barry expertly advised him on the services and products that we actually needed. He essentially walked my husband back from the ledge of needless overspending, which I thought was very respectable. The team that installed the ducting was friendly, on-time, and cleaned up after themselves. Where they installed the ducts is perfect, and it seamlessly blends in. They were in and out in two days.
Barry's communication was always clear; he always let us know what to expect for timing and activity (since I work from home), and he walked us through the operation and maintenance of the heat pump with expert instruction. This heat pump is AMAZING, and has changed our lives. We've had days in the past where our house is just unbearable, and we now have the most comfortable home ever. Thrilled. Run, don't walk, to Bear's. If you're on the fence, get it done. He's the best.
