I had 2 pairs of expensive $500 sony head phones die within a year from this location. When I tried to get a return they told me I had to jump threw 17 different hoops to get a return, and this was after paying extra for protection. You have to order a return box, then place their defective item in the box. then wait a few weeks. Why pay extra for protection fees when you have to wait weeks? Why not just simply return your item in box with receipt in hand? Because bestbuy is why. I highly recommend not giving this place your service.
Fantastic customer service! I went shopping there twice in the last couple of weeks and every time experienced an outstanding customer service: friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. I haven't been there for several years because of the horrible service back then. I don't know what has happened, but my last two shopping experiences at this Best Buy were awesome 👍

I spent $ 8000 plus on appliances. Would never buy from them again. Awful service and product knowledge. Sure I have my fridge but it's been 3 months an I don't have the panels because they ordered the wrong size. Drop off crew was a disaster, decided it wouldn't fit and wouldn't even consider going through the larger front door for me. Wish I never bought from here.
