Fantastic customer service! I went shopping there twice in the last couple of weeks and every time experienced an outstanding customer service: friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. I haven't been there for several years because of the horrible service back then. I don't know what has happened, but my last two shopping experiences at this Best Buy were awesome š
If you enjoy waiting almost an hour for a technician to assist you, then this is the place to go! The staff for the appliance section seem completely uninterested in being thereāthis level of indifference is unbelievable. They literally see you and choose not to approach you. Zero customer service! Even if someone does eventually help you, you have to practically beg for more than a one-sentence response about an item. Every single visit has been the worst experience imaginable!
Had a bad experience at Best Buy trying to exchange my computer yesterday. Actual star should be 3.5āļø only because previous shopping experience was very nice. Best Buy needs to train their employee better. The customers shouldnāt be treated rudely because your employee just started working here. Yesterday, when I approached the customer service to exchange my computer because it wouldnāt turn on the second time I opened it. The lady gave me bad attitude from the start. She was cold and distant and reluctant to answer my question. She called over someone to help her (she is probably new there), but the guy asked me how much I bought the computer for, implying that I have to pay for the diff for exchanging my computer since I bought mine on sale. I was annoyed since Iāve never had someone at Best Buy asking me these questions when Iām exchanging a defect product. But oh well, itās whatever. Then when it comes to her actually processing my return/exchange, she asked me to sign off on erasing the data from the returned computer, I asked her, āoh I had logged onto my Microsoft account before cuz the computer worked before, it just stopped working after a week. What to do abt this?ā She started giving me a REAL attitude, saying itās very difficult to deal with the data blah blah blah. Thatās when Iām actually getting pissed off. This is NOT ok. YOU did not tell me that I have to wipe off EVERYTHING from my returned product beforehand AND I could not open the computer because YOUR product was a defect. She was making it seem like it was MY fault. She called over someone else to help me to erase the data with a BAD attitude given to me, but all friendly to other customers, which led me to think if this is racially motivated evenā¦ since Iām a visibly woman of colour. I tried being nice to her even after she was cold and distant from the start. But I can only reciprocate the energy given to me. Best Buy needs to do better.
Visited this place thrice always have to wait for a long time to get help from the employees it seems they are not that interested to help. Asked one employee to help but he was in training and he asked another one he just walked away and after a while somebody came to help. Like seriously then to whom the company is paying when the employees are not really ready to help never had a welcoming feeling at this store. If you really wanna buy from this store I recommend please do your own research first because nobody is coming to you at very first place to help you out. Terrible experience.
