I am very disappointed with the reception I received when I took in my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer. When I bought it in March I was told there was a 1 year warranty and did not take out further warranty. Now I understand that it is Kitchen Aid responsibility and I have to deal direct with them which has not been easy. The only bright thing that happened was dealing with Caleb who couldn’t change policy but was at least sympathetic and helpful. A bit more understanding and help from the lady in charge would have gone a long way to help. Not impressed!
Came in to look at TVs on Saturday afternoon. Prime time for sales I’d thought. 15mins, no one bothers to ask us if they could help. Showroom area was obstructed by 4ft stacks of wooden palettes, blocking views of several TVs. More like walking into a warehouse than a shopping enticing retailer. Similar experience last year. Disinterested staff. I used to spend lots of time and money here when it was still Futureshop. Best Buy service was initially good after the takeover, but declined sharply over the past 5 years.
Dylan helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. He made it a great, positive experience! He found us both great deals!!
Went here to purchase a TV, all the staff appeared to be hanging out at the front of the store. No one approached us to offer help! I noticed other people having pretty much the same experience. Unlikely that we will be going back to this store. So after posting this review, my Wife had to return to BB for some technical help and had a totally different experience. On this day she found the staff very helpful and willing to spend the time to help her! Thanks folks.
I attempted to call the Duncan location but the USELESS automated phone system wouldn't direct my call and the the word "assistance" obviously doesn't exist in their world. finally customer service answered So I asked for: Speaker Wire, a 100' roll please" the guys response...SO it's Wireless right..?!? OMG, Seriously..?!?!?.....then he says " sorry no, the stores don't take direct phone calls anymore" So No you can't call your "local" store but get directed to someone..wherever, who has NO Effing Idea...I explained that's why people like me STOP shopping in box stores like theirs..Seriously Best Buy...PUT AN EFFING HUMAN ON THE PHONE TO ANSWER & DIRECT CALLS PROPERLY. Never setting foot in there again. Best Buy SUCKS.
