    The customer service in this store is awful. My most recent experience - after spending 15 minutes looking over the options they have displayed for external hard drives I picked the card for the one I wanted and then waited for 10 minutes until someone approached me at customer service desk. I then asked to see the unit I picked and the guy looks it up on his phone to telk me they don't have the item. I asked "why have these cards on display if you don't actually have the item"...he told me it was so people could choose it and order it on line! Great business model Best Buy! Come down to the store to pick out the item you will be ordering on-line. I went to London Drugs and spent my money.

    Went in an hour before the store closed because my son told me about the gift card promotion and he knew we both needed to upgrade our phones. Was told by employee that he was leaving and just the one person was available and that the 2 people on line ahead of us and ourselves would not likely be helped. She would need to be on the phone with the customer she had for unspecified amount. No one to help as back up. Promo is over today so I will go else where and get my phone.

    I am very disappointed with the reception I received when I took in my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer. When I bought it in March I was told there was a 1 year warranty and did not take out further warranty. Now I understand that it is Kitchen Aid responsibility and I have to deal direct with them which has not been easy. The only bright thing that happened was dealing with Caleb who couldn’t change policy but was at least sympathetic and helpful. A bit more understanding and help from the lady in charge would have gone a long way to help. Not impressed!

    This was the worst service I have had from a person in a position of responsibility. A computer we ordered on dec. 26 was promised to arrive within 5 business days. It’s now over 7 days and when asked where it was they had no other answer than we don’t know, or it’s Christmas or who can tell what the delivery people do! We went to the mid-town store today and that person, Mateo, could not have been more helpful. Management at the Duncan store needs to take a very close look at their floor manager and do serious retraining or get her a job at Wendy’s

    We came in with out even being told hi stood and watched for 30 minutes as 6 workers stood around talking and none of them even looked at us I just needed a simcard but come to find out it was free and all they needed to do was hand it to me there were also other customers in line waiting for even longer then we did this is crazy work by the employees I'm so angry all I needed was a small thing I will never go there ever again I felt unwanted and un important and I will have to take any future business somewhere else it really was not the best buy I've had
