    I recently had a comprehensive Health and Fitness Analysis completed and was most impressed with their knowledge affirming diagnosis. As someone in their mid 60’s who has been unable to loose weight despite being physically fit I was pleasantly surprised at how positive and encouraging the analysis was. Instead of focussing mainly on the body mass the analysis spoke more positively on all the things I was doing right. I highly recommend employing their services as they work with a wide range of people - not just young fitness buffs. Their expertise in fitness is outstanding.

    I was very pleased with my health and fitness assessment at Beyond Fitness. I discovered that my eating and sleeping habits were not good . My fitness assessment also showed I could use some improvement . Sarah and Scott gave me encouragement and lots of support. They also gave me tips and exercises for all my fitness needs . The suggestions were very doable and well explained which gave me hope that I can do this one step at a time . It was a very valuable eye opening experience for me. My sleep and eating habits have improved. The next part of my journey is to continue with good eating and sleeping habits and start the cardio and strength component . Thank you thank you to Sarah and Scott I really needed this jump start for my over all wellness . Already feeling so much better . Jude

    I generally live a pretty inactive life with both my job and hobbies focusing around a desk. After my body begun to take a hit from my lifestyle I decided to invest in myself and look into personal training. I paid for a gym membership for years and could never get into the habit or had the confidence to attend by myself, so personal training seemed like a positive change. I attended for seven months with Alex and I can honestly say it was the best investment I have ever made. I saw improvements in my body I didn't think possible and my self image and lifestyle changed drastically. I am so thankful for the kind team at beyond fitness and could not recommend Alex more. I was very anxious getting into it but Alex was very personable and I started to really look forward to our sessions. I have since moved back to a gym membership, but feel confident with the information and experience I have gained to continue my journey! I also feel confident that if I every need additional guidance I can always book back in for more sessions!

    I started at Beyond Fitness a little over a year ago. It has made a tremendous difference to my physical and mental health. Even though my schedule only permits me to get in once a week it is enough to keep me honest and consistent as well as motivated to do more home workouts in my other days so that I see improvement in the gym. I usually see the same trainer every time but have occasionally had others fill in. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, encouraging, and the right level of pushing for my abilities. Sarah-Jane does an amazing job bringing in the right people and having a wide variety of high quality equipment. I'm currently working with Aditya who has put in so much extra work to build me a home based program to further develop my strength, conditioning and flexibility, all things I need given my office work life. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really focuses on proper form and technique and building a plan suited to my personal goals. I highly encourage anyone considering it to give it a go.

    Sarah-Jane and the trainers at Beyond Fitness have been incredible for me in my fitness journey. I’m a woman in my 40s, I’ve never been a particular fan of gym workouts (more an outdoor bootcamper, runner) but ever since I joined 9 months ago I have felt challenged, the workouts are always unique, varied and interesting and I’ve seen results. I’m stronger, more toned and I love the time I spend each week training at Beyond Fitness. Sarah-Jane is a lovely human, she’s incredibly knowledgeable, warm and positive. She knows when to push me to the next level and I love her energy. All the trainers are amazing! I literally cannot recommend Beyond Fitness enough. The community of people who I see training in the gym are as inspiring as the trainers themselves. People of all ages crushing it and proving that fitness can be something to embrace at any age. If you’re looking for 1:1 personal training with excellent trainers, small group training, totally personalized service tailored to your fitness goals and just an amazing fitness community this is your place.
