I started going to BDHQ for their baby boot camp and found these classes so welcoming and inclusive as a new mother. I have since continued going to the many different offerings they have. Jason is always positive, encouraging, and helpful, I felt very welcomed to each new class I went to. When I wasn’t sure of the exercises, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on. I would highly recommend BDHQ to someone who enjoys group fitness classes and wants something different that always gives you a good sweat. I find that the time flies by and feel rewarded (the good kind of sore muscles) for days.

I do the Baby Bootcamp exclusively and find that the 45 min class is an amazingly efficient work out. I find it very easy to follow and I haven't worked out or gone to the gym in over 3 years nor am I very familiar with boot camp formats in general. The thing I like most is that I can participate in all the exercises but still go at my own pace
The trainers give clear instruction at the beginning of the work out, demonstrate any lesser known exercises and give opportunity to ask questions - it is quick though because everyone is eager to start! Anyone is welcome to ask for a demo or more direction during the workout and they walk around providing encouragement and assist with form where needed. The vibe is welcoming and friendly. The trainers address you by name after a few sessions and will even get to know your kiddo's name too! I love it and recommend it to all my friends!

I had such a blast! The workout was challenging and dynamic - I probably wouldn't recommend for a total beginner (at least not the interval type class I did, I only tried the one), but appropriate for anyone from the moderately fit to olympic athlete. :) Thanks for the great experience!

This is my all time favourite place for a great work out . It has great energy, amazing staff snd the best classes . It also has the best baby bootcamp in town . It’s at the perfect time and the perfect amount of time to get a great work out in. . Go take a class - you won’t regret it ;)
