Hot water tank sprung big leak at 11:30pm and water was pooling in basement, almost into my suite, had to shut of my water main to house. Left voicemail late Sunday night with Bridgeman office and the owner was texting with me directly by 8:30am Monday morning! Bridgeman had plumber in my area, prioritized my job, got an $ estimate right away, new tank was at my house by 10am. Job was underway by noon and done soon after!! Price matched what other companies quoted (but to do days later), so I did not get 'penalized' for being prioritized in an emergency. Great communication and professionalism, plumbers left place tidy, and gas fitter even replaced my furnace filter as a courtesy gesture while they were there. Stellar experience!! Thank you!!

I've used these guys multiple times for big and small projects. They've plumbed my house with Gas, as well as installed my heat pump. Even if there was an issue these guys have come the next day to make things right.
Chris, and Ryan and the whole crew are stand up guys, and I'd happily call them again for future work.

We had Bridgeman replace our oil tank with a heat pump.
Good communication, cleaned up work space.
Had to have a technician come in after install to tweak a few things but he was very knowledgeable and explained all the things to know about running a heat pump efficiently.
Strongly recommend them.

What a disappointing, and expensive, experience. It took 4 visits from their pipe fitter to service our gas fireplace. 4! And, of course, we had to pay for each visit. I would write in great deal the omissions of each visit but it makes me too upset. I actively discourage others from hiring them.

I was in the slow lane heading home on the highway, when this guy cut in front of me and start pumping his brakes at me. Then as we pull off onto Admirals Rd exit he slowed right down to 40km, trying to get me to hit him on the exit and then at the light he started to go, then slammed on his brakes again. Then on admirals rd he was still driving 40km tapping his brakes at me, watching me in his mirror, he almost hitting the curb multiple times, good thing there was no cyclists around. I don’t know anything about this heat company, but they should really think about who they give the keys to their vehicles to or train them to keep their eyes on the road.
