Malaya took the most amazing notes of what we wanted and she got it EXACTLY right. It was for our sister’s celebration of life and meant a lot to us to get exactly what we want and they nailed it. Browns is lovely! The attention to detail is wonderful and they always get it right. We’ve had really beautiful bouquets for so many family events, celebrations and birthdays. The service is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend the Sidney location.

I've ordered flowers from here twice and both times the bouquets have been so lovely- very fresh and vibrant. I received great customer service when I made my order over the phone the first time, and the second time I ordered online (turned out to be super easy to do).
I look forward to ordering more in the future. 😁

I was dealing with Amanda through email and she was so accommodating with such short notice for a bouquet and a custom boutonniere for my wedding. Brown's The Florist has three locations that I am aware of and for my wedding we went with Sidney due to location.
I was a little skeptical letting other people make my bouquet as I was planning on making my own(I am very picky). The ladies at Brown's The Florist Sidney blew my mind away when my mother-in-law handed me my bouquet! It was gorgeous!!! I have it drying because I didnt want to stop looking at it!! Such an amazing job! and for my custom boutonniere... SPOT ON!!! They have never done one in a bullet casing and they took our casing and clips and the NAILED IT!!!! I was shocked at how perfect the boutonniere was!
For only giving a month notice for my wedding they surprised me and have a forever customer now!! such an amazing job I will definitely use them in the future!

I ordered a gift box and flowers for a friend & her family online. I originally called the downtown location to give more information and she directed me to call Sidney as that's where it was being delivered from. Best customer service from both locations, incredibly helpful, kind and I'm impressed they went above and beyond to get the giftbox picked up from the warehouse and delivered day of! Thank you for your help!
