I have gotten my auto insurance here the last two years (and have my tenants insurance with them) and had been happy with the service until today. I walked in to renew my auto insurance and despite two staff members being available there was "no auto insurance staff member here this week so please go elsewhere"...ummm??? Seriously? One of you can't do it? What a joke.

I had a horrible experience here once and I still think about it to this day. I bought a scooter from an elderly gentleman, and we did all the paperwork here. I owned the bike for all of 2 hours and it completely broke down. I contacted the gentleman about the broken bike, and he was genuinely apologetic and agreed to go have the name transfer reversed and he would cover the charges. The lady we dealt with was horrible to both of us. She refused to let the man pay for the fees of cancelling my insurance. She made me feel like I had been taking advantage of this man when she didn’t even understand the situation. I recall hearing call this lovely man, “old man”. She was an absolutely dreadful woman and I wish I got her name because it was borderline aggressive towards us. Horrible. Will never ever return.

A huge inconvenience for them to accommodate ICBC applications on newly purchased vehicles. Better plan ahead as takes one week to get a telephone appointment whereby a myriad of documents must be scanned back and forth as walk-ins aren’t permitted. They may want your home insurance premiums, but couldn’t care less about the regulated part of auto insurance. I understand they’re being cautious and respect that, but one week for telephone service only?

I had incredible service here today. They provided me with guidance on importing my vehicle and were super patient with my busy 4 year old.
