Working with Pat to choose our new appliances was, hands down, the easiest part of our renovation. My partner and I were a completely overwhelmed by our renovation, and the many decisions that needed to be made. Pat did an excellent job of asking us questions upfront and then tailoring the number of fridge and stove options we had to look at so as not to add to our overwhelm. He talked us through the benefits and drawbacks of each option, and patiently answered all of our questions (we had a lot of questions!). His warmth and calm made us feel so much more comfortable with the purchases. When it came time for installation he relieved my anxiety about the process and assured me everything would go smoothly, and it did. The installers were lovely, and managed to play appliance Tetris to fit everything into our tiny kitchen. I would happily recommend Pat, and Coast Appliances, to anyone.
Dallas was very informative and not pushy. He showed me the items I was looking for AND was very successful in convincing me to switch from a propane range to an induction - all with facts and very little salesmanship. He also suggested a better fridge, which I purchased, based again on the factual information with which I was provided. I was pleased with the price I was offered and the excellent service. I look forward to using my new appliances!
We are very pleased with the sales support provided by Gurdeep. He helped us to quickly narrow down a large selection of dishwashers. He was also very accommodating when a few days after placing our order we changed our selection to a different model. The installation services performed by Aaron were efficient & went smoothly in an awkward configuration. Thanks for the great service overall!

Sid grabbed our attention very favourably when we made our initial visit to your business, and sold us a washing machine. Within hours we decided to include a dryer, so we returned. Reception told us that Sid was off that Friday, so she introduced us to Jake. Jake quickly made us comfortable and we increased the sale with a dryer. Happy that we found your business! Howard.
