Coastal installed a 12,000 BTU Fujitsu mini-split heat pump in my condo at the start of the summer and I have been super happy with the results. The condo is 850sqft and south facing with windows on three sides so in the past it would cook on hot days. Since the heat pump was installed it has kept the condo a steady and comfortable 22.5 through the whole summer even when it got into the 30s outside. It has made it a joy to return home on a hot day and most importantly for me has made sleeping in the summer so much more comfortable. The installer, Patrick, was great, he got everything done with minimum hassle and left everything perfectly clean afterwards. Highly recommend Coastal as their staff, recommendations, install, and price were all great!

The complete experience starting with the sales person Mike Hipwell and the installation crew Rayce, Smitty and Mitch was very pleasant. They all we were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that we had. They were on time and the installation went very smoothly.

Coastal provided excellent service from the sale by Liam to the installation of the system. I liked the choice of product and the explanation was very clear. The install team Josh, Mitch and Rayce, Manpreet. All worked well together efficiently. They were informative and experienced. Very polite as well. The contractors for sheet metal and electric were also very good, polite and efficient. I’m very pleased with the Heat pump. The house feels uniformly warm and comfortable. Thanks to everyone at Coastal.

I had a great experience with Coastal Heat Pumps. They arrived on time and there’s even a link to track them when they are on their way. I can’t say enough great things about the installers Patrick and Rayce. I’m sure it wasn’t easy to lug all that equipment to my condo but they remained cheerful the whole time. I want to give a shout out to Grant as well for his awesome customer service! I will continue to use Coastal for my annual maintenance and would recommend them to anybody in the market for a heat pump.
