Paul was approachable, engaged and gave a fulsome estimation of work required in his quote. Despite the scope of work being larger than previously estimated- Paul was committed to completing the work in a timely fashion and worked extra hard to make that happen. Coastal Shores just cleaned our gutters, removed moss from our roof and treated the roof to inhibit moss growth. We had a great experience! They explained the options and process thoroughly, sent a detailed estimate, and performed the work efficiently with fair pricing. We called them because I had seen great reviews. I know why now, and expect to use them in the future for window washing as well as gutter and roof services.

I contacted Coastal Shores for exterior home cleaning services and scheduled an appointment for an estimate online through their website. After touring our property, I received an estimate the same day with a very detailed description of the requested services which included cleaning of metal roofs, gutter cleaning and moss removal. A team of two performed the services in a day and did an excellent job. They were on time, professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend Coastal Shores to any home owner in the Oak Bay Community. Thanks for a job well done.
