After arriving home from hospital with a fractured femur, I knew I needed help, I had heard from good friends about Community Plus and Matthew and his team and how good they were. I phoned and filled out forms and I had a caregiver the very next morning. All of the caregivers have been friendly, comfortable and so efficient. I have only praise for the whole team. Plus the nursing care, outstanding. Thanks to every single one of you that came to help me out, you are all amazing!

Quick and easy to set up and get started with Community Care. We used them daily for about 7 months when my mother began suffering with cognitive decline. Caregivers were thoughtful and attentive. Their office was always easy to deal with and quick to respond. Once on a Sunday, my mum's caregiver reported to the office that she was having an especially bad day and a bit of a fall. After the caregiver had to leave, the office followed up by phone to make sure she was ok . When she didn't answer the phone the person personally drove over to my mum's house to make sure she was ok. (She was ok. I'd come over in the interim and had taken her outside for air, so didn't hear the phone.) In any case, I wasn't expecting that level of diligence. We really appreciated their attention to my mother's well being.
We are moving on to live in care now, but will happily continue to use Community Care for holiday relief and such.
Competitive pricing, and clear billing. The online family portal could use some work, but it functions adequately.

When I urgently and on short notice needed care for my aging mother, Community Care was the locally owned organization I reached out to. They provide on line documentation so those of us who are supporting our parents remotely have almost instant access to daily reports. The care team was responsive to my requests for changes and were diligent in letting me know immediately when something out of the ordinary took place so that appropriate responses could be put in place. I would highly recommend this business.

Community Plus Home Care was absolutely awesome. We needed overnight care for our mom who has dementia. They made the process very easy and seamless. Holly was great!! Alex, who stayed with my mom was terrific!! I would definitely recommend Community Plus home care.

I think the older you are and the longer you have been together as a spouse and a caregiver the harder it is to turn that care over to a professional. My initial interview with Matthew at Community Plus to provide care for my husband was made easy, comfortable, natural, and empathic and I was ready to start the first step. The choices made in our case suited everyone involved from the start and developed into friendships and mutual understandings. I highly recommend the whole Community Plus team for their friendly and professional support, for making us feel part of their family and secure in the knowledge that they could help us handle anything.. I think we contributed as clients to this supportive and cooperative attitude. Thank you all at Community Plus.
