We had the chance to meet and work with Coral a few years ago for purchasing a small condo in the Victoria area and had a great time working with a professional expert who has a deep knowledge of the real estate industry and market, and strong experience. Coral redefined what we thought was possible from a realtor. She was incredibly attentive and helpful at every step of the way. She showed up exceptionally prepared and held our hand as we navigated the complicated process of buying our first home in Canada. In addition to what you might expect, she was a remarkable communicator via phone, email, and text, while connecting us to all of the necessary vendors including lawyers, inspectors, insurance adjusters, and mortgage brokers. Then, when the time came, she went to bat to help us put in a winning bid on a very popular home. She helped us find the house of our dreams and get through the gauntlet to purchase it. Coral is the utmost professional, skilled and caring, kind and knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a home and it took me a *long* time to find a place I wanted in my budget. Coral's patience never wavered as I changed my deal-breakers a million times along the way. She then found me a place - not even on the market - that was perfect! When it came time for the paperwork, we had all sorts of constraints - like me being out of the province and then out of the country, and none of this flapped Coral. She could handle anything. Her dedication to doing things right, in a timely fashion makes you trust her completely, and you should. When it came time to take possession, the condo was not in move-in condition and two days later a professional cleaner, paid for and organized by Coral, was in and out of here. Coral is the utmost professional: She has high standards, incredible attention to detail, works amazingly well under pressure, and does not get bothered by unexpected hurdles that come up along the way. Coral stepped up in a huge way when our first realtor was unable to continue helping us. With very short notice, she took us through virtual showings and prioritized us for the 5 days we had in Victoria to find a home (which we did!). She was extremely responsive, accommodating and generous with her time.
