Core is an incredible fitness studio. The staff are all knowledgeable and kind, and have worked hard to create a welcoming and accessible atmosphere. Lindsay in particular has been an amazing trainer - she creates workouts that are challenging, functional, and fun. I would recommend Core to absolutely everyone!

My partner and I have been really enjoying tandem and individual lessons at Core. The kinesiologists are extremely knowledgable and do a fantastic job of adapting the exercises for my body's needs. We have both seen far more improvement in ourselves than we had anticipated.

I've tried several personal trainers in the past and Ryan has been by far the best fit for me. His positive attitude, expertise and efficiency make me feel like I get the most out of every workout. Core Fitness is a friendly and comfortable space to work out and I recommend it to anyone!

40 year anxious fattie here, Core was my first foray into fitness. Good private facility ideal for people who might not be comfortable in public or traditional fitness spaces. Understanding and accommodating staff, good support for my wellness goals. Core is very anxiety/hesitance friendly and is a great "training wheels" type approach to learning how to move my body safely and eventually graduating to doing so on my own with confidence and good form. Not overly weight focused or in any way what I would consider fat-unwelcoming. No judgement or negativity toward my poor level of fitness at the start, just good vibes and support.

Core Personal Fitness is a welcoming place to work out. Core has very friendly and knowledgeable trainers. The Group Fitness Classes are both fun and challenging for all levels of fitness. While providing a great work out, Ali & Ryan are mindful and adaptable to the various capabilities. I highly recommend Core Personal Fitness!
