Cynthia is amazing! As a first-time home buyer, the process was super intimidating at first, but Cynthia really made everything so easy. She has a ton of expertise, is highly attentive, and was always available to answer questions. It felt like going home shopping with a friend, but one who happens to be extremely knowledgeable about houses and renovations! She genuinely cared about helping us to find the right place, and when the time came, she advocated for us to get us a great deal. Cynthia goes above and beyond!

"My daughter passed away in April of 2024 and I had the task of selling her condo in Orchard House, James Bay, Victoria, B.C. It was a daunting task since it was in poor condition. I chose Cynthia to be my realtor based on a recommendation from the building manager and I am very happy I did that. Cynthia was a tremendous help in getting the unit ready for sale. Not only was she able to give me accurate advice on the upgrades necessary to make it attractive to potential buyers, but she organized specialized services that refinished the floors, replaced the toilet, did the necessary painting, wall repairs and modifications, replaced electrical outlet cover plates, replaced baseboards, and washed the exterior windows. Also, Cynthia was a great supporter during a very stressful time in recovering from my daughter's death. I was most impressed that Cynthia's interest went far beyond making a commission. She was empathetic to my problem of selling and provided solutions. There is no question in my mind that this empathy, in some unknown way, facilitated the sale. In fact, it sold for a bullish asking price with a short closing time. Usually, there is a lot more to a home than just a piece of property. If I was to offer any advice to someone seeking a real estate agent, it would be to carefully choose an agent that connects to you, is willing to be an active partner in preparing the home for sale, as well as understanding the demands of the marketplace. Cynthia is that kind of real estate agent and I am grateful for her help."

Cynthia went above and beyond to sell my daughters condo. As my daughter now lives in Ontario I was dealing with the sale here. She made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. She sent us listings in the area and prices. She was available for anything we needed. She has a warm personality which made her such a good fit. Not pushy in anyway and never rushed us into decisions. She gave good suggestions and great feedback. Minor things needed to be taken care of and she did that too. Wow, where do I start? My partner and I had such a great home buying experience with Cynthia earlier this year. We were nervous first time home buyers in the Victoria market and spent many, many months putting our toes in the water and checking out potential condos before finally finding the right one. During this whole period, Cynthia was patient, supportive, kind, knowledgeable, generous, selfless, and fun. She made the whole process smoother and lighter, and gave us every ounce of support that we needed along the way.
