I can't express how impressed I was by the service offered by Ron Swan of Done Right Enterprises. He responded to my initial call and voice mail very quickly, he kept in touch, he showed up on time and he was courteous and respectful. Most of all he did a great job on two of my appliances(Well actually three but I don't want to talk about that:-) I thoroughly, thoroughly recommend him.
I would not hesitate to call Ron from Done Right Enterprises, first of all he answers his phone it doesn't go directly to voice mail and leave a message, he came back 3 times, twice at no charge to make sure my washing machine was working properly, very impressed with the service, thankyou Ron
We needed a new element in our dryer. Ron quickly found it also needed a drum bearing which he had brought knowing most machines this age would need. His price was fair and he was quick in all aspects. We used him in the past and would recommend him.
Ron is a very nice guy and very courteous when in the house. As with other customers here, we had an unacceptable delay in getting parts needed but this is not Ron's fault. I would say, if you're using Ron for warranty work - take it upon yourself to stay in touch with the supplier as to the status of your parts. Ron has a lot of customers to care for and the supplier in our case was the reason for the delay. Once I got proactive with them, the parts came quickly and Ron was at our house 2 days later to get the job done. Highly recommend his professional service and knowledge.
First off, don’t call on the weekends as your call probably won’t get returned as Ron is not open. Our dishwasher flooded two weeks ago, called Ron Monday morning and it was fixed in under an hour. Called again today with our garage refrigerator where the fan has gone. He answered when I called and I expect him here in a couple of hours which works well for us. Always get great service, and have had no reason to call him back on an issue already fixed.
