Avoid. We worked with them on our taxes and right as we hoped they were complete, zero responses. Multiple emails, calls to the office, phone messages and even a chat with their receptionist about it. Zero response hard ghost. I understand things may come up, have the pride to let you client know if you can’t finish something for whatever reason. Ignoring all attempted communication is not cool.
