Elements Dentistry deserves 5 stars! I was able to make a quick appointment for a dental issue that popped up. I was warmly welcomed in Reception and they handled all my paperwork and questions with ease. The office spaces and dental rooms are clean, contemporary and bright.. each chair with a great window view. My appointment was on time. The staff took me to the dental treatment room, made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. They were friendly, kind, patient and professional. Dr. Evans was punctual. His exam of my teeth was thorough yet gentle, and I feel I can trust his diagnosis and recommendations. If you are looking for new dental practice, you can feel confident and well taken care of with Elements Dental!
Thanks to Dr. Dylon Evans and assistant Samuel I experienced terrible dental treatment when I was a kid and honestly got scared of all these dental clinic. Whoever, since there is a hole growing bigger and bigger I have to face it. With treatment of Dr. Evans and assistant Samuel, problem solved with no pain at all! Patient, professional, detailed!
The staff are incredibly compassionate and professional towards their patients. During my appointment, they took the extra time to explain the whole process and to address any concerns I might have. Overall a very good establishment.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. My dental assistant, dentist, and dental hygienist are all so nice and very professional. Their front staff are friendly and proficient. Not only was everyone great at their jobs, but the down to earth attitude everyone had while operating in an extremely clean, modern clinic was comforting.
If you have nose piercings I recommend removing them before going to this dental office. Nobody notified me before hand that my septum ring would be an issue when taking 3D x-ray. I told the assistants I had no experience removing it, I tried doing it with my fingers and she saw I couldn’t do it. Instead of encouraging me to not try further she walks out of the room and comes back with tools to try and get my nose ring out. She looked confident and it was my mistake to allow her to try and get it out. I take responsibility in the fact that I should’ve communicated better and insisted that she didn’t try anything. Nonetheless, I feel that I was pressured into allowing her to touch my face, as a professional her first attitude shouldn’t be to try and fix it, she should be understanding of the fact that I couldn’t remove my jewelry and since I wasn’t notified of the potential issue that my piercing could be,I shouldn’t have had the x-ray that day. The service was also rushed and now I have a $350 piercing that is broken, scratched and will need to be repaired by a professional.
