We recently had our entire home redone with new flooring and carpet from end of the roll. Right from the get go we received great help in selecting the right flooring for our home. I was very impressed with the many options and knowledgeable staff. Someone came to our home to measure and I was then provided a detailed quote. Communication from ordering to invoicing was great! The installer, Dan, did a phenomenal job and we could not be happier with the finished product! I would highly recommend choosing end of the roll to any of my friends and family.

This review is a bit belated, but I just wanted to express our sincere gratitude and give a shout out to Suzanne. She helped us pick the wood flooring, bathroom tile and wall tile for our new house. We were very indecisive and Suzanne was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us to pick very classic, timeless options that were reasonably priced and good quality. We are thrilled with the results. If you are overwhelmed with decision making for your new house, I highly recommend talking to Suzanne. Positive experience with Kelly instore who worked hard to have installers come in on our tight deadline. Satisfied with carpet installation but extremely dissatisfied with tile installer, Cody. Never finished the edge to our new and expensive cabinets and ripped up the carpet transition the installers has just completed and just left it. This is aside from the mess he left on freshly painted walls, cabinets and finished wood floors. Worst part is when my husband brought issues to his attention he argued and deflected rather than apologize and work to remedy it. Paid top dollar in labour for a job I need to now hire more people to finish.

Really pleased with our new flooring. We had laminate, carpet and Lino put in the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. End of Roll staff were helpful from start to finish with helping us choose and then the delivery was polite and respectful, and fitter had a few unknown issues to tackle in the way the house had been originally constructed which he ironed out to give us a great tidy fit. All the staff were pleasant, helpful, and kept us updated. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fast and professional service! I contacted End of the Roll to help address scratches on a mutual customer’s flooring. They promptly dispatched a representative to assess the damage, and they efficiently repaired it on the spot. As a local business, I extend my heartfelt gratitude! 🙌🏽👏🏽
