Our technician Dwayne Cross was very professional, friendly and efficient. He did a thorough ductwork job in our attic, and also took pictures of the completed job to show us. He went above and beyond to make sure the vent cover was the right size, and installed correctly. We give him 5 stars. Thanks Dwayne for an excellent job done.

a $900 job turned into a $2000 job. The guys that came were lovely and they did the best with what they had on had but when they came to quote the job they should have said they couldn't do the work because they didn't come prepared with the right equipment to move my washer/dryer safely without causing property damage. Also, they only provided half of what I asked for from the guy that came and did the quote. After they left it came to my attention that the vent wasn't properly attached to my dryer and was actually damaged from them shoving my dryer against it. They offered to send someone out but I didn't want them within a 100 yards of my home after all the property damage. So I had to have a different company come in and fix the vending. Essential Air still demanded I pay my bill even though they cause damage to my apartment. the wall, the trim, the floor, etc. Then when the booster fan died within 4 months of them installing it they refused to take responsibility for it and help with the warranty on the booster fan and still they wanted to get paid. I finally paid them because they said the warranty wouldn't be valid if I didn't pay my bill. After everything they did only charge me half of my bill but still I'm our thousands of dollars between getting the new company to come in and any repairs that I'll end up having to do that I can't afford to do so I'll have to live with it. It's unfortunate that you can't give negative stars on here.

Dwayne arrived on time. He is courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. His experience was obvious and the work was done quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up before he left. We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend Dwayne. My husband adds, "Excellent job"

Finally a company that was an absolute delight to work with. We had a quote within 2 days of first contact, and the job completed a week later. Dwayne did a great job of convincing us that this company was the one for us and he did a fine job completing the work as well. They left the place clean and tidy.
They are also great on the communication side of things. Rapid responses to questions, and we were always kept in the loop as to progress.
All in all, a real pleasure to deal with.

Dwayne was very efficient and did an excellent job for our marina washrooms and laundry room. He arrived on time, finished the job as per the quote and was extremely professional and courteous to our residents. I'm glad we chose Essential Air and would recommend them to anyone.
